Job summary

Warwick College Group is seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality support, coordination and guidance to apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey, ensuring a positive learner experience and compliance with funding rules and Ofsted expectations.

The post holder will manage a caseload of apprentices (40:1 to 75:1) and act as a key contact for both apprentices and employers, promoting engagement, progression and successful programme completion.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject area.
• GCSE English and Maths at A-C or equivalent; willing to achieve within first 9 months.
• Good understanding of apprenticeship standards and delivery models.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Health & Safety in the apprenticeship delivery.
• Vocational experience of working in a related industry and dealing with customers in a professional capacity.
• A UK driving licence free of major endorsements.
