Job summary

The Supply Register (on behalf of New College Durham) seeks Apprenticeship Skills Coordinators - Technical Construction & Civil Engineering to join its bank staff pool supporting New College Durham. This is ideal for experienced construction or civil engineering professionals, trainers, assessors or educators with apprenticeship delivery experience.

You will support apprentices across programmes, monitor progress, conduct reviews, provide coaching and workplace support, and liaise with employers

Qualifications

• Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and training learners.
• DBS check enhanced or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support apprentices across Technical Construction and Civil Engineering programmes.
• Monitor learner progress and complete reviews.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and workplace support.
• Support apprentices to achieve qualification and apprenticeship standards.
• Liaise with employers and maintain accurate learner records.
