Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Talent Solutions is recruiting for an Apprenticeship Coordinator Employer & Learner Support in Stafford. The role focuses on onboarding, learner records, progress monitoring and compliance, while delivering high-quality support to employers and learners throughout the apprenticeship journey.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong communication and customer service abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience supporting employers and learners in apprenticeship or learner services.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for employers and apprentices.
• Support learner onboarding, eligibility checks and enrolment activities.
• Maintain accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.
• Monitor apprentice progress and provide updates to employers and internal teams.
• Coordinate gateway activities and prepare supporting documentation.
• Respond to employer and learner enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support apprenticeship compliance and funding requirements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
