Job summary

Royal Navy is seeking a Programme Facilitator to join the apprenticeship delivery team at HMS Collingwood. You will coach, mentor and coordinate programmes for RN apprentices, ensuring high-quality learning experiences across multiple sites.

The role requires SC level security clearance and a willingness to travel to Scotland and Plymouth as needed. The successful candidate will manage a caseload, deliver learner support activities, and help apprentices prepare for Gateway and EPA, while

Qualifications

• Industry experience in apprenticeships.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicator with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient IT skills and experience using multiple systems to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and support progression.
• Deliver learner support activities including briefs, progress reviews, coaching and mentoring.
• Prepare apprentices for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Monitor progress and implement tailored recovery plans for at-risk learners.
• Coordinate apprenticeship activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Royal Navy personnel, training teams and delivery partners.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with apprenticeship requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learner outcomes and delivery quality.
