Job summary

Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking an Apprenticeships Administrator to support the Apprenticeships Team with administration tasks and to help deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for our apprentices and their employers.

You will work with the Compliance Manager and Programme & Onboarding Team Leader on report production, data processing, eligibility, residency and employment status to meet funding body requirements, and ensure funding is reserved within Apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience of working within an Apprenticeship provider.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leadership Team with administration tasks and onboarding for apprentices and employers.
• Undertake report production, data processing, eligibility checks, residency and employment status to meet funding body requirements.
• Liaise with employers to ensure funding is reserved within Apprenticeship Service accounts and that service agreements are completed.
• Be a methodical, flexible team player with clear communication and initiative.
