Job summary

Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking an Apprenticeships Onboarding Administrator to support the leadership team with administration tasks and a high-quality onboarding experience for apprentices and their employers.

Role involves report production, data processing, eligibility checks, residency and employment status for funding body compliance, and coordinating with employers to reserve funding and complete service agreements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience of working within an Apprenticeship provider is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in administration tasks and onboarding for apprentices and employers.
• Produce reports and process data to meet funding body requirements for Apprenticeships.
• Collaborate with the Compliance manager, Programme & onboarding team leader and stakeholders to ensure service agreements are completed.
