Job summary

Capita is seeking a Programme Facilitator to join the HMS Collingwood apprenticeship delivery team, supporting Royal Navy apprentices across programmes. The role combines coaching, mentoring, and programme coordination in a dynamic environment to ensure high-quality learning from start to finish.

You will manage a caseload, deliver targeted learner support activities, and help apprentices prepare for Gateway and EPA.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering apprenticeships or similar learning programmes.
• Strong organisational and administration abilities.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Proficient with multiple IT systems and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and support progression.
• Deliver learner support activities: briefs, reviews, coaching and mentoring.
• Prepare apprentices for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).
• Monitor progress and implement recovery plans for those at risk.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to run programmes effectively.
• Build relationships with Royal Navy personnel, training teams and delivery partners.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with funding and quality assurance.
