Job summary

Colchester Institute seeks an Apprenticeship Industry Development Coach - Operational Firefighter Level 3 to support workplace apprentices through their programme. • Experience in customer service with evidence of outstanding service and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience as a Firefighter within Cambridge Fire & Rescue Service.

Responsibilities

• Hold apprenticeship sign ups and complete administration tasks; provide IAG to managers and apprentices.
• Monitor progress with 10-week reviews to track milestones and off the job training.
• Liaise with CFRS and college staff to ensure professionalism and QA across the journey.
