Plymouth-based role within Learning Academies Trust, working with Plymouth Teachers and School Alliance (PTSA) to coordinate apprenticeship delivery and PTSA activities.
You will coach, support and assess Level 3 Teaching Assistant and Early Years Educator apprentices while ensuring compliant, high-quality programme delivery and strong stakeholder engagement across schools and partner organisations.
Plymouth Teachers and School Alliance (PTSA) is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Apprenticeship and PTSA Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes and wider PTSA services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is passionate about supporting professional development and educational excellence. The successful candidate will combine operational coordination with coaching and assessment responsibilities, helping apprentices achieve their full potential while ensuring efficient and compliant programme delivery.
You will lead and coordinate a range of administrative and operational processes that support apprenticeship delivery, professional development events, and wider PTSA activities. In addition, you will coach, support and assess Level 3 Teaching Assistant and Early Years Educator apprentices, guiding them through their learning journey and preparing them for successful completion of their End Point Assessment (EPA).
We are looking for a professional and highly organised individual who can build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience supporting apprentices, learners or adults in a training environment would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
