Job summary

Mayflower Community Academy, part of the Learning Academies Trust, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team. Qualifications

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Can demonstrate a positive impact on children's learning and wellbeing
• Has strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Is committed to safeguarding and supporting all children to succeed
• Works effectively as part of a collaborative team
