Learning Academies Trust is seeking an Estates Administrator in Plymouth to join the central Estates team. The role supports compliance, maintenance, health and safety, sustainability, and capital projects, coordinating with schools and contractors to keep learning environments safe and fit for purpose.
The successful candidate will handle meetings, records, and reporting, and contribute to procurement and improvement works across the Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support across compliance, maintenance, health and safety, sustainability, and capital projects. The successful candidate will work closely with estates colleagues, schools and contractors to help ensure our learning environments remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Experience within estates, facilities, property management, compliance administration, or the education sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
