Job summary

Plymouth-based role within Learning Academies Trust, working with Plymouth Teachers and School Alliance (PTSA) to coordinate apprenticeship delivery and PTSA activities.

You will coach, support and assess Level 3 Teaching Assistant and Early Years Educator apprentices while ensuring compliant, high-quality programme delivery and strong stakeholder engagement across schools and partner organisations.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or relevant equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safeguarding, learner support and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating apprenticeship and PTSA administrative processes.
• Supporting the delivery of training programmes, CPD events and networking sessions.
• Coaching, mentoring and assessing apprentices.
• Monitoring apprentice progress and implementing timely interventions.
• Managing databases, tracking systems and programme records.
• Producing reports and supporting operational planning.
• Acting as a first point of contact for schools, apprentices and partner organisations.
• Supporting compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance requirements.
• Contributing to website and social media content.
