Job summary

Oasis Academy Leesbrook is inviting applications for an Apprentice Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff in developing learners' educational provision. You will assist with planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, create resources, and support students both in class and individually.

You will contribute to pupil progress, provide pastoral support, and receive professional development and career progression opportunities within Oasis Community Learning family.

Oasis Academy Leesbrook currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Apprentice Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.

Job Overview

You’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, both on a whole-class and individual basis, preparing resources to support learning activities as well as ensuring pupils are supported pastorally. You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure all students’ learning needs are being met.
