Oasis Academy Broadoak is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support the EYFS team. You will assist in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, and evaluate student progress to meet learning needs.
This role offers professional development, training, and career progression opportunities in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, along with relevant qualifications and communication skills.
Oasis Academy Broadoak currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the EYFS team as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.
You’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, both on a whole-class and individual basis, preparing resources to support learning activities as well as ensuring pupils are supported pastorally. You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure all students’ learning needs are being met.

Please note the salary provided is based on 37 hours, 52 weeks a year. The salary will be pro rata based on 34 hours, 39 weeks a year.
