Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is offering a Retail (Parts) Advisor Apprentice role in the UK. You will learn stock management, merchandising, forecasting and customer retention while delivering outstanding service at the front desk and backing the parts department with deliveries and order preparation.

Starting with a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship, you will be guided by mentors across our nationwide network and gain brand certifications upon completion, with strong earning and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Interest in customer service and retail operations.
• Ability to learn stock management and merchandising principles.
• Willingness to participate in apprenticeship training.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Preparing orders and managing stock control.
• Processing warranty claims and payments.
• Assisting with logistics and deliveries.
• Supporting marketing and visual merchandising activities.
