Group 1 Automotive's Mercedes-Benz Kings Lynn is offering an apprenticeship as a Parts Advisor. The role focuses on building customer relationships, processing orders, stock control, and logistics, with extensive training and a clear progression path to a fully qualified Parts Advisor.

The programme runs 15–17 months with both virtual and face-to-face training, plus mentorship and brand certifications. Great benefits and inclusion in a large automotive group are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and timekeeping are essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Great team player with strong communication skills.
• Drive to exceed targets in a busy retail environment.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science are required.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers both in person and over the phone.
• Developing relationships with other departments.
• Preparing orders.
• Stock control/management.
• Processing warranty claims and payments.
• Identifying parts.
• Marketing and visual merchandising.
• Managing logistics including organising and arranging deliveries.
