Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is offering an Apprentice Service Advisor position at Ford Wokingham. You will learn by doing, earn while you learn, and gain qualifications through a structured apprenticeship.

The program includes virtual and in-person training with a dedicated mentor to guide you through the pathway to becoming a fully qualified service advisor. Expect to build strong customer service and administration skills across the service department, interacting with customers, preparing invoices,

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Arranging bookings and appointments, interacting with customers face-to-face and on the phone.
• Administration: Completing relevant paperwork for customer service and centre records. Prepare invoices and process warranty claims.
• Working in a team: Collaborating with workshop and management to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Upselling: Promoting the sale of accessories and service plans and learning how to do this.
