Foray Motor Group in Shaftesbury is offering an Apprentice Service Advisor role as part of a 12-month apprenticeship with a Customer Service Level 2 qualification. You will handle customer queries, book appointments, greet guests, and support the service desk to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required for frontline customer interaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) and CRM workflow.
• Ability to work in a busy environment and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and handle guest queries with courtesy.
• Book appointments using the CRM system.
• Greet guests and manage the service desk flow.
• Create job cards and keep customers informed of vehicle status.
• Support day-to-day service desk operations.
