• Deliver excellent customer service on our Trade Counter.
• Responsible for goods-in and goods-out.
• General housekeeping of the Warehouse.
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Answering customer enquiries on phone, face‑to‑face and email.
• Making proactive outbound sales calls.
