Job summary

EE Contact Centre is offering a Full time Sales Apprenticeship with an hourly rate of £11.55. The role starts at EE Contact Centre, Rhydycar Business Park, Merthyr Tydfil.

The apprenticeship runs 15 months and includes an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, plus significant discounts on EE mobile and broadband packages. You'll speak with customers over the phone, identify their needs, and recommend EE products and services to fit.
