Job summary

EE is offering a Full time Sales Apprenticeship in Merthyr Tydfil. You will start at an hourly rate of £11.55 and progress to a great starting salary of £22,527 with growth to £26,116 after completion, plus an uncapped commission scheme.

You’ll complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and receive dedicated study time, mentoring, and career growth support. Discounts on EE products (mobile and broadband) and private GP access are included.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn.
• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service is part of the apprenticeship.
• Mentoring and training provided throughout the programme.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone, building relationships and recommending EE products and services.
• Complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with study support and tutor guidance.
