Job summary

EE is recruiting for a Full time Sales Apprenticeship in the Darlington area. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and recommending EE products and services.

Apprenticeship includes a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with study support and coaching. You’ll start at an hourly rate of £11.55 and a starting salary of £22,527, rising to £26,116 after completion, plus uncapped commission and other staff discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service will be completed during apprenticeship.
