EE Limited is offering a Sales Apprenticeship in South West England. The role is full-time with an hourly rate of £11.55, based at the EE Contact Centre in Merthyr Tydfil area for training.

The package includes a starting salary scale and opportunities to earn uncapped commission, plus an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service after 15 months. You will phone customers, build relationships, and recommend EE products and services while working towards targets and learning a full range of mobile,

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; you just need a great attitude and be willing to learn.
• Excellent communication over the phone to understand customer needs and explain EE products.
• Willingness to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service during the apprenticeship.
