Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking a proactive and passionate individual to support electrical apprentices as they progress through their training. You will be the key link between learners, lecturers and employers, ensuring apprentices stay motivated, meet milestones and develop practical skills for a successful career.
You will conduct regular progress reviews, provide constructive feedback, help identify barriers to achievement and contribute to a growth‑oriented culture.
