Job summary

Placr Recruitment in Hove is seeking an ambitious Apprentice Recruiter to join our team on a full-time 18-month Level 3 Recruitment Recruiter Apprenticeship. You’ll learn the end-to-end recruitment journey, from finding candidates to securing opportunities, with ongoing support from an experienced team.

Your day-to-day includes candidate sourcing, interviewing, posting adverts, CV review, client relationships, and helping with business development and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Searching for and approaching potential candidates.
• Speaking with candidates to understand their skills and goals.
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts.
• Reviewing CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews.
• Matching candidates with permanent and temporary roles.
• Supporting candidates throughout the interview process.
• Helping to build strong relationships with clients.
• Updating the recruitment system and keeping records.
• Supporting the team with business development and marketing activity.
• Celebrating successful placements.
