Job summary

Placr Recruitment in Hove is seeking an ambitious Apprentice Recruiter to join our team on a full-time 18-month Level 3 Recruitment Recruiter Apprenticeship. You’ll learn the end-to-end recruitment journey, from finding candidates to securing opportunities, with ongoing support from an experienced team.

Your day-to-day includes candidate sourcing, interviewing, posting adverts, CV review, client relationships, and helping with business development and marketing.

Placr Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, confident and brilliantly organised Apprentice Recruiter to join our team in Hove.

You don't need recruitment experience. We're far more interested in your attitude, personality and willingness to learn.

The role

You'll work alongside our experienced recruitment & talent sourcing team, learning how to manage the entire recruitment journey - from finding brilliant candidates to helping them secure their next opportunity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Searching for and approaching potential candidates

• Supporting candidates throughout the interview process

About the apprenticeship

You'll complete an 18-month Level 3 Recruitment Recruiter Apprenticeship, with monthly workshops and support throughout your training.

You'll develop practical skills in:

• Candidate sourcing and attraction
• Interviewing and assessing candidates
• Client relationship management
• Sales and business development
• Recruitment law and ethical practice
• Matching and presenting candidates
• Supporting candidates through the recruitment process
• Managing recruitment administration and systems

At the end of the programme, you'll complete an externally assessed presentation, questions and workplace observation.
