Job summary

2i Recruit Ltd. is seeking a Trainee Recruiter to join a buzzing, high-energy team in a permanent role in Weybridge. No recruitment experience is required; personality and people skills matter, and the team will teach you the rest.

You will source talent, screen candidates, build relationships with candidates and consultants, craft engaging adverts, coordinate interviews, and align candidates with the right opportunities while helping the team hit ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys speaking to new people.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in recruitment or sales.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and our database.
• Screening and qualifying candidates to understand their goals, skills, and what makes them tick.
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and consultants.
• Writing engaging job adverts and supporting with interview coordination.
• Helping match the right candidates to the right opportunities.
• Working closely with the wider team to smash targets and celebrate wins.
