Job summary

Paragon Skills in Bristol is seeking a motivated Recruitment Apprentice for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will work with the Talent Team, gain recruitment experience while studying toward a Business Administration Apprenticeship, and grow within a fast-growing training provider.

You will learn recruitment processes, assist with job descriptions, outreach, candidate screenings, and stakeholder communications, with 36.5 hours weekly and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Interest in recruitment or administration through work, education or volunteering (desirable).
• Understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of clients' apprenticeship and hiring requirements.
• Support the creation of accurate and engaging job descriptions.
• Build knowledge of recruitment processes, systems, and best practices.
• Assist with outreach campaigns to attract diverse candidates.
• Promote apprenticeship opportunities across platforms and job boards.
• Contribute to building talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings with full training and support.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
