Qualifications

• Education: 112+ UCAS points, 5 GCSEs (Maths, English, Science)
• Driving licence: Full UK licence
• Skills: Self-starter, team player, excellent communicator, proactive

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: assist in negotiation and terms for contracts and sub‑contracts.
• Financial Oversight: help establish financial control, revenue, costs, and cash collection, and produce forecasts.
• Procurement & Subcontractor Engagement: support procurement and define responsibilities for subcontractors.
• Payment & Reporting: monitor payments, prepare certificates, ensure accurate reporting throughout the contract.
• Health, Safety & Environment: learn to monitor and uphold HSE standards on projects.
• Professional Development: participate in structured training and complete the apprenticeship programme
