Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust offers an Apprenticeship as a Pharmacy Assistant. You will support daily pharmacy operations while completing the Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship programme, under the supervision of registered pharmacy professionals.

You will gain hands-on experience in dispensing, stock management and customer service, contributing to the safe supply of medicines and patient care, with ongoing training and assessments.

Qualifications

• Customer care and communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn and complete the apprenticeship programme.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing and stock management under supervision.
• Provide customer service and health information in line with SOPs.
• Support NHS and private prescriptions processing.
• Participate in training modules and coursework for the Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.
