Job summary

Skills4Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in London to support daily pharmacy operations and customer service. You will train while working, pursuing a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support.

Key duties include assisting customers at the medicines counter, helping with prescriptions under supervision, handling stock and using pharmacy systems to process sales. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at A-C or equivalent; Maths/English Level 2 offered if needed.
• Will accept applicants with maths/english tests for suitability to the course.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
