Job summary

Volvo Group's Renault Trucks division is offering a Parts Apprenticeship at our Tipton Renault Trucks Van Dealership. You'll gain hands-on depot experience across trade counter sales, parts identification, stock control and digital ordering platforms while developing professional communication skills.

The 18-month programme combines hands-on work, online learning and site visits, with End-Point Assessment and a SCQF Level 5 Diploma to formalise the skills gained in modern parts operations.

Qualifications

• Apprentices will develop practical skills and industry knowledge in areas such as trade counter, parts identification and stock control.
• End-Point Assessment tests knowledge, workplace observation and professional discussion.
• The programme combines hands-on depot work with online learning and site visits.
