Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is offering an automotive customer service apprenticeship as a Parts Advisor based at Stellantis &You Peugeot Hatfield. This fixed term program provides hands-on experience in ordering, selling and stock control for a wide range of parts.

You will build relationships with internal and external customers, learn parts, warranty processes and digital systems while supporting workshops to ensure parts availability and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in customer service within automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn parts and aftersales processes.
• Able to work in a team and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Create seamless parts and admin processes.
• Receive in Parts from Hub Via Shipment Processing.
• Monitor Parts Stock Levels and inform Hub if attention is required.
• Order Parts with technicians on warranty or complex diagnostic repairs.
• Manage & Invoice Internal Job Cards for New & Used Cars.
• Chase back-ordered parts to reduce downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare Warranty Claims, Prior Approvals & Invoices.
• Assist with day-to-day running and maintenance of the workshop.
• Instruct on Warranty Parts Returns/Destruction/Surcharge Note Creation.
• Internal Authorization, Invoicing & Status Updates with Workshop.

Role Description

In this role you will:
