Job summary

Office Angels is looking for an Apprentice Administrator in Witham, Essex. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering an apprenticeship with hands-on experience in order processing, shipping coordination, and customer service within a friendly team.

You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, building skills in documentation, delivery tracking and multi-tasking in a busy environment. Salary is £16,000 per annum.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately from entry to shipment.
• Book shipments using courier portals and prepare shipping documents.
• Track outbound shipments and provide customers with updates and proof of delivery.
• Maintain records of order status and communications.
• Support Sales Operations with vendor purchase orders and order entry.
