Job summary

N Family Club is offering an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner position in Guildford. You will rotate through nursery rooms and Forest School while training as an Early Years educator, with a clear path to a qualified educator role and potential managerial progression.

Salary for Level 2 and Level 3 apprentices is provided with funding for your apprenticeship, plus bonuses and extensive employee benefits. The role supports development through the N Academy and a positive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Be 16 or over.
• Not already in full-time education.
• Apprenticeship programme either at Level 2 or Level 3 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School to gain hands-on experience.
• Participate in Early Years apprenticeship training to qualify as an educator.
• Deliver the 'learning through play' ethos and activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure safeguarding.
• Work a flexible shift pattern within 7am–7pm.
