N Family Club in London’s Walthamstow area is hiring an Apprentice Educator. You’ll work across nursery rooms while gaining hands-on experience and pursuing an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). After completion, you’ll move into a qualified educator role and build your career with us.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
