Job summary

N Family Club in Leatherhead, Surrey, is seeking an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while pursuing an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You’ll rotate through nursery rooms delivering safe, inspiring care and, upon completion, move into a qualified educator role.

This role supports the learning through play ethos and the N Curriculum, helps with daily routines, observations, and building strong relationships with parents.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; passion for education.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Energetic and customer-focused.
• Commitment to apprenticeship pathway.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and our N Curriculum with care.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
