N Family Club in Cobham, Surrey is seeking an Apprentice Educator to join our Apprenticeships team. You will work toward an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3) while delivering our learning-through-play approach and gaining hands-on nursery experience.

Starting with routine rotations, you’ll support children, observe and plan activities, build relationships with parents, and progress into a qualified educator role after your apprenticeship finishes.

Qualifications

• We don't require prior experience; passion for education and helping children.
• Willingness to undertake Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3).
• Commitment to learning and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning-through-play and the N Curriculum with care.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions.
• Plan innovative learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Build strong relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision following safety policies.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualification.
