Stannah Group is recruiting an Apprentice Lift Engineer to join the Maintenance and Repair division with routes across Leicester, Nottingham and Derby. You will learn on the job while studying toward a Lift Engineering qualification, earning a starting salary of £17,679 and enjoying benefits such as a profit share scheme and pension.

The 40‑month training combines practical work with mentoring and distance learning, with a supportive team helping you develop the skills to become a certified Lift

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4-9 (A-C) in Maths and English.
• Keen interest in engineering or practical experience in a related role.
• A valid driving licence or working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Shadow qualified Engineers assisting with servicing and repair of lifts.
• Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
• Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
• Participate in at least 20% off-the-job training.
• Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.

Are you looking for an Engineering apprenticeship? Have you considered a career in Lift Engineering?

Stannah is looking to recruit ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division. You will cover a route across Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.

This a great opportunity to earn, whilst you learn and continue your education. You will receive a starting salary of £17,679 which will be reviewed regularly based on performance. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00 - 4.45 and Friday 8.00 - 3.45

Apprentice Lift Engineer Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Apprentice Lift Engineer Requirements:

• Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 - 9 (A-C) passes in Maths, English
• Have a keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role.
