Cheshire East Council is seeking a Fleet Workshop operative to undertake maintenance and inspection of fleet vehicles, from small cars to HGVs, with support and guidance to develop skills.
The role requires GCSE English and Maths and strong communication, IT, and organisational abilities. The position runs Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with out-of-hours breakdown cover as needed. Cheshire East values its workforce and offers a range of generous employee benefits.
You will be working in the Fleet Workshop, whilst supported and guided to undertake a range of tasks on Cheshire Easts fleet, ranging from small plant machinery to HGV vehicles.
Monday - Friday / 6.00am - 2.00pm / 1pm - 9pm 37 hours per week
