Job summary

J-Tech Systems is recruiting an apprentice Estimating & Quotations Administrator to support our office team in producing timely, accurate quotes and estimates as part of a funded apprenticeship with Skills for Security.

You’ll gather information to price jobs, prepare and format quotations, chase supplier pricing, log all enquiries and quotes, and help us respond faster than competitors. Training is delivered remotely, twice a month, as a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above required.
• Experience with estimation/quotes is beneficial.
• Must be able to pass security screening.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, formatting and issuing client quotations based on estimator input.
• Gathering information to price jobs accurately and log all enquiries.
• Obtaining supplier pricing and tracking quotes through to decision.
• Supporting tender preparation and larger bid submissions.
