Job summary
Tech Sec Fire & Security Ltd is seeking a Junior Design Estimator Apprentice to assist with design, costing and delivery of fire and security projects in Blackburn. You will work with experienced engineers, produce CAD drawings, support with design calculations, prepare quotations and provide project support throughout the lifecycle.
The role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on design and estimating experience while pursuing the Level 3 Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician
Qualifications
- Produce and amend CAD drawings for CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and fire detection systems.
- Create equipment layouts, system schematics, and installation drawings.
- Interpret customer specifications, site drawings, and survey information.
- Assist in preparing quotations and tender submissions.
Responsibilities
