Job summary

TeamJobs in Poole, Dorset is seeking an Administrator / Estimator to join the Fabrications team. The role combines sales administration, pricing, and project support in a busy office.

You will handle enquiries, quotations, supplier pricing, and purchasing, while keeping records up to date in the CRM and project files. Training is provided for those with relevant commercial or technical background.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, sales administration or technical/construction environments.
• Strong numerical and costing skills.
• Excellent communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer enquiries and sales orders.
• Prepare and submit quotations within agreed timescales.
• Obtain prices and quotations from suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Organise and coordinate customer deliveries.
• Process job costing information.
• Record stock movements and maintain accurate records.
• Purchase materials to support production and projects.
• Support invoicing and credit control when required.
• Keep CRM and project records up to date.
