City of Doncaster Council is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor (CDC) to join our busy Customer Services team at the Civic Office in Doncaster. The role is a full-time apprenticeship, 37 hours per week, for 12-15 months, with a salary of £8.00 per hour (£15,434.27 per annum in the first year).
Training will be provided to develop skills in customer service and IT systems. The ideal candidate has enthusiasm, a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn.

Salary: £8.00 per hour/ £15,434.27 per annum from 1 st April 2026, for all ages in their first year of the apprenticeship. The National Minimum Wage as appropriate to age is then paid for the remainder of the apprenticeship contract following completion of the first year.
