The Apprentice Customer Service Advisor coordinates parts sales, logs stock movements, produces orders, liaises with colleagues and customers, and develops skills to improve parts sales performance. Responsibilities include using the company's computer system, understanding customer needs, and adhering to policies and procedures.
No formal qualifications are required. You should be literate and numerate, with a desire to learn and become a first-rate Parts Retailer. Desired skills include being computer literate, well-organized, outgoing, a good listener, able to follow instructions, and a team player.
Mentoring, support, and residential training will be provided, covering digital media policies, customer service skills, and technical knowledge. The training includes three residential blocks with travel and accommodation costs covered by the employer.
Upon successful completion, you will earn a Level 2 Retailer Standards qualification. The role is part of a reputable Toyota dealership committed to customer satisfaction and employee development.
