Stellantis &You UK in Liverpool is offering an Apprentice Customer Advisor role on a 2-year fixed term contract. You will receive full training via our Performance Academy and induction, developing strong customer service, organisation and communication skills.

You’ll guide customers through the Stellantis &You UK journey, quote and sell service plans, and handle invoices with clear, courteous communication. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and willingness to learn.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new digital systems and processes.
• Willingness to participate in training via the Performance Academy.

• Quote and sell service plans and vehicle health checks.
