Job summary

RH Commercials offers a 3-year Parts & Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Programme in the UK to become a qualified Parts Advisor. You will gain hands-on experience, supported training and progression opportunities within a busy parts department.

You will learn to help customers find and order parts, provide quotes, process sales and stock checks while working closely with service teams and workshop colleagues. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths (4/C or above).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in vehicles, trucks or the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and order the right vehicle parts.
• Provide quotes and answer customer enquiries.
• Process sales, payments and returns.
• Prepare parts for workshop repairs.

Hours

40 hours per week

Rotating shifts:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a busy team, learning how to:

• Prepare parts for workshop repairs

• Work closely with service and workshop teams
