Job summary

RH Commercials in Northampton offers an 18-month Parts & Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Programme to train you as a qualified Parts Advisor, with a hands-on role in a busy team.

You will gain a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship and learn to take orders, provide quotes, and stock parts while rotating shifts over a 40-hour week. Benefits include 30 days holiday rising to 33, Cycle to Work, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above) in English and Maths.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• An interest in vehicles, trucks or the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find and order the right vehicle parts.
• Provide quotes and answer customer enquiries.
• Process sales, payments and returns.
• Prepare parts for workshop repairs.

Hours

40 hours per week

Rotating Shifts

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm
• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (paid at overtime rate)

What You'll Do

You'll be part of a busy team, learning how to:
