Job summary

Stellantis &You UK Bristol Cribbs Causeway is seeking an Apprentice Customer Advisor on a 2-year fixed term contract. You will receive full training via our Performance Academy and online induction, becoming the key link between customers and technicians within a large automotive network.

No automotive experience required initially; a passion for customer service and strong organisational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Guide every customer through the Stellantis &You UK customer journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.

Role Description

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
• You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
