Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking an Apprentice Customer Advisor in Hatfield. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through the journey, and supporting vehicle health checks. Training is provided via our Performance Academy.

As an apprentice, you will learn to communicate effectively, handle quotes, and assist with service plans, while benefiting from a structured development path and industry-leading training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the Stellantis & You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and upsell additional work through Vehicle Health Check.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Inform customers on progress and costs, and take payments.

Role Description

• Have a passion for customer service, every day.
• Guide every customer through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
• Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
• Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
• You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
• Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
